We understand that life with a neurodivergent child can be unpredictable. To ensure we can support as many families as possible, we ask for mutual respect regarding our time and yours. Sessions or programs must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or to reschedule without penalty.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
- No-shows will be charged the full session rate.
- Digital materials and access to online programs are non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded.
- Rescheduling is always prioritized when 24-hour notice is provided, keeping your family's journey on track.
